• In the Forwarded Accounts section, enter the first part of the address (ex: sales) in the 'Mail To:' column. In the 'Is Forwarded To:" column, enter the e-mail address where the mail should be sent.

To create an Auto-Responder:

• In your Control Panel, select E-mail Settings
• In the Auto-Responders section, enter the first part of the address (ex: info) in the 'Mail To:' column. In the 'Responds With The File:" column, enter the name of the file to reply with.
• Press Submit
• Using FTP, upload the file into your AUTORESPONDERS directory.
